1. What Is front idler ?

The idler plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the track links and preventing their displacement. It also supports a portion of the weight, reinforcing the track links and reducing the ground pressure they apply. A centrally positioned arm underpins the track link, directing its bilateral movement. A slight gap between the idler and the track roller enhances the overall alignment and directional stability of the track system, thereby ensuring its efficient and precise operation.
