1. What Is front idler ?
The function of an idler is to ensure the smooth functioning of the track links and prevent their displacement. Furthermore, it bears a portion of the weight, thereby strengthening the track links and minimizing ground pressure. Positioned at the center, an arm supports the track link and directs its movement on both sides. A shorter distance between the idler and the track roller improves the overall alignment and direction of the track system.

High Quality
The product features a box-structured wheel body and is crafted through casting processes utilizing either alkaline phenol-formaldehyde resin sand or sodium silicate sand. The base material undergoes normalization, while the rail surface undergoes medium-frequency induction hardening to achieve a surface hardness of HRC48-58 and a hardening depth of 4-6mm (HRC45) or more. This ensures that the product can withstand high impacts and wear under demanding operational conditions.
High Precision
Manufactured on a CK5110 large-scale precision CNC vertical lathe, the product meets rigorous standards for internal and external dimensional accuracy and surface finish. This guarantees the stability of the finished guide wheel's quality and enhances the service life of the installed components.
